Common questions

When should my child start?

Early in Year 12 is ideal, because the jump from GCSE is steep. We also help Year 13 students who need to catch up before exams.

Can you help with a resit?

Yes. A diagnostic test shows exactly which topics cost marks, so resit lessons focus on those.

Who are your tutors?

Qualified UK teachers (QTS or QTLS) with Enhanced DBS checks and classroom experience. Some also mark GCSE exams for the exam boards. We do not use student tutors.

What do we need for online lessons?

A laptop or tablet and a reliable internet connection. Lessons run in our own virtual classroom, reached through the Learning Portal in a web browser, so there are no Zoom links or downloads.

How do we get started?

Book a free online consultation. Before it, your child does a diagnostic test at home, so we can talk through the results and agree a plan. There is no obligation to continue.

See where your child really stands.

Tell us about your child and we will take it from there: a diagnostic test at home, then a conversation about the plan.
