GCSE Maths one-to-one
GCSE Maths 1:1 tuition with a qualified teacher
Live one-to-one lessons, planned from a diagnostic test so the time goes on the topics that will move your child’s grade. Foundation or Higher, any major exam board.
Qualified UK teachers (QTS / QTLS) · Enhanced DBS checked

Planned from a diagnostic test
A short online test at home shows which topics are costing marks. Lessons start there, not at page one of the textbook.
Taught by qualified teachers
Every tutor holds QTS or QTLS and has classroom experience. Some also mark GCSE papers for the exam boards.
The SMART Learning Model
Each topic follows the same cycle: Sense, Map, Apply, Reflect, Transform, so understanding is built before speed.

Who are your tutors?
Qualified UK teachers (QTS or QTLS) with Enhanced DBS checks and classroom experience. Some also mark GCSE exams for the exam boards. We do not use student tutors.
How long are lessons, and how often?
Lessons are usually 60 minutes. Most students come once or twice a week. Before exams, some families add extra lessons for a short period.
Can you help with a resit?
Yes. We work with Year 10 and 11 students and with post-16 students retaking GCSE Maths, and plan around the next exam date.
Do you offer face-to-face lessons?
Most lessons are online. One-to-one lessons in person are available in Corby, Kettering and Northampton, depending on tutor availability. Ask when you get in touch.
What do we need for online lessons?
A laptop or tablet and a reliable internet connection. Lessons run in our own virtual classroom, reached through the Learning Portal in a web browser, so there are no Zoom links or downloads.
How do we get started?
Book a free online consultation. Before it, your child does a diagnostic test at home, so we can talk through the results and agree a plan. There is no obligation to continue.
See where your child really stands.
Tell us about your child and we will take it from there: a diagnostic test at home, then a conversation about the plan.
